Have you ever walked past someone that smiled at you, and for some reason you find yourself smiling? Yes, smiles are contagious!
A study conducted in Sweden, showed that people found it hard to frown when they looked at someone else that was smiling. The study showed the subjects  facial muscles began twitching into smiles without even trying.
A random act of smiling can completely change your mind set and others around you! Carly and I smile all the time, after sharing these interesting facts, hopefully you will too!

Everyone loves the quote “laughter is the best medicine”

It is scientifically proven that when you smile it activates the release of feel good neurotransmitters dopamine, endorphins and serotonin.  The release of dopamine in the brain is so pleasurable that we frequently become addicted to the experience.  For example, coffee and cocaine both release dopamine in the brain. So smiling is contagious addictive!
